ABOUT
Mercy Housing California (MHC) is proposing to develop approximately 70–75 high-quality affordable apartment homes for individuals and families in the City of Glendora. The new community will be located on a 2.17-acre, City-owned site at 1762 Dale Road, just north of East Arrow Highway.

This thoughtfully designed development will include onsite property management and Resident Services programming to support resident success and long-term stability. Planned amenities will promote well-being and community connection, and the site’s location offers convenient access to public transportation, essential services, and neighborhood resources.

This new community reflects MHC’s 40-year commitment to building service-enriched, affordable housing that helps residents thrive.
